This afternoon suddenly our internet speeds sank to abysmal speeds. On Ethernet it's running around 160mbps down and 0.04mbps up, and on wifi it's running around 70mbps down and 0.04mbps up. Is anyone else experiencing these speeds? I've already rebooted our router and our access points but that didn't help. I unplugged the fiber connection coming into our house for a couple minutes and plugged it back in and that didn't help. And I've rebooted most of the internet connected devices in the house and that didn't help either. Just wondering if it's only us that are having these issues or if others are as well.
Thanks!
I have an 8-port gigabit switch it's directly connected to, and from there I have 2 APs and a desktop plugged into the switch. It seems to be doing better today which is a relief, it was just very odd how it happened all of a sudden because my network has been set up the same for almost 2 years now and I've never had issues with our speeds like this. My best guess is were service disruptions causing the speeds to run so slowly. Hopefully it doesn't happen again 🤞
I wanted to add an important note regarding our circuit connection: it only allows two simultaneous devices to receive IP addresses. If your service is connected to a switch before your router, please ensure that no more than one additional device is connected to the switch. While both devices will receive IP addresses from our DHCP servers, any additional devices may interfere with service performance.

No known speed issues. I see that you’ve reset the circuit and routers, which is a good start. Have you also checked for any available router updates? Since our system is synchronous, large discrepancies between upload and download speeds often indicate a router issue.
If you haven’t already, please test your speed with a wired device connected directly to the router. Additionally, I recommend using an app for testing rather than a browser, as browser speeds can be significantly impacted by open tabs and extensions.
You can download the Ookla Speed Test app here: https://www.speedtest.net/apps
