How often does the DNS cache get refreshed? I am a web developer and added an SSL to one of my sites and after two days if still is giving an error, but if I turn off Wi-Fi and use my data then the site comes up just fine. I've run ipconfig /flushdns and have cleared browser cache with no success. I've run DNS checkers that show it should be fine so I can only think that it must be the cache on the DNS servers for Salem City fiber.
